Top Ten Tuesday: Books That Have Been On My TBR The Longest And I Still Haven’t Read

Happy 10 years of Top Ten Tuesday everyone! It’s been some time since I last did my Top Ten Tuesday, super excited for today’s TTT. I’m here to share with you all my Top Ten books that been on my TBR list for the longest, and I swear one day I will get to them but for now, allow me to share with you the books that just been sitting around waiting for me to read.

Note To Reader:
I’m currently in a hotel writing this up while I wait to move into my new house, therefore I have my books still packed up safely and was not able to take pretty pictures for this post so I had to use the internet for the book covers.

1.King Of Fools By Amanda Foody
I always tell myself I want to read this book next but I never get to it. Something else always pops up and I tell myself next time every time.

2.King Of Scars By Leigh Bardugo
My boyfriend bought me this book when it came out and I have yet to read it still. Every time my boyfriend sees the book he points at it and gives me a look like “HaVe YoU ReAd It YeT!”

3.Sky In The Deep By Adrienne Young
Tell me why it’s taking to long to read this book. I feel like I’m missing out on something really big here with this story. I heard the good stuff about it and I still don’t understand why it’s still in my TBR list.

4.Circe By Madeline Miller
I’m all about this book and what it’s about. I heard good hype for this story and I’m all about Mythology and this is still in my TBR list.

5.Children Of Virtue And Vengeance By Tomi Adeyemi
I loved the first book so much that I was looking forward to the second book release date and just never got to the book yet. I’m really horrible when it comes to the second book releases and reading them right away for some reason.

6.Gunslinger Girl By Lyndsay Ely
I remember the day I bought this book and it’s been sitting on the shelf ever since. I wanted a good western/ cowgirl story and now it’s just sitting in my TBR pile along with the others.

7.Stalking Jack The Ripper By Kerri Maniscalco
A series I been dying to get into. I almost picked the first book up but ended up reading another series right now. I’m looking into October to start reading the series.

8.The Hazel Wood By Melissa Albert
This book has been on my TBR list for a very long time and I feel bad that I have yet to read it.

9.To Kill A Kingdom By Alexandra Christo
I feel like I’m the only person here that has not read this book yet.

10.Ash Princess By Laura Sebastian
I’m so far behind in this, I have a good feeling this is a good series and yet it’s been on my TBR for the longest time now.

I will get to these books one way and only one way and that’s picking the damn book up and read it until then it will be on my TBR list for now. Thanks for reading!

  1. I’m really bad with reading series books in general. I LOVED Children of Blood and Bone, and put myself on the holds waitlist at my library before the second was even released, but even when it was my turn, I just wasn’t feeling it. What can I say, I’m a mood reader! (And maybe I’m a little nervous I won’t love it at much as I loved the first?!) Good luck with the move!
